My research focuses on: 1) Discovering novel genes, factors, and signaling pathways that are functionally required during mammalian preimplantation embryo development; 2) Epigenetic regulatory mechanisms in early embryonic development; 3) Development and application of assisted reproductive techniques in livestock species; 4) Crossbreeding with Montbeliarde to improve the comprehensive economic benefit of Chinese Holstein.
