Technology Advance on Drying Taro Slices by Using a Combination of Hot Air and Microwave Vacuum

Drying is an important and widely-used method for food processing. However, it is probably the most energy-intensive procedure of the major industrial processes and accounts for up to 15% of all the energy usage during the production; and quality of dried food is another important issue during the food drying.

Feeding Utilization of Rice straw

The feeding utilization of rice straw could relieve the environment pollution caused by burning straw in China and could also provide ample roughage for ruminants while to solve the shortage of roughage in agricultural area.
